Join us as we travel back in time to a simpler age, to enjoy a 1940's era radio broadcast of a staple of American theatre, the detective mystery. As the story begins, Johnny Howland Private Eye is waking up in a coffin and wondering how he got there. He discovers he has amnesia, and as he tries to get his memory back, he continues with his work, faking it with his clients and looking for clues. Who wanted Johnny dead? Who killed Hanfield Rivers, or is he even dead? And what is the secret of the rooster? As the story unfolds, there will be guns and blackouts, screaming and fainting, plot twists and intrigue. Along the way, Johnny meets Laura, who helps Johnny understand that all his unanswered questions lead him to the only One with the answers. WestGate Church is honored to present this unique and entertaining message with The Ezekiel Players as the radio actors.
